Shipping & Delivery
All ships via EasyShips Singapore & Singapore Post. All purchase(s) will be process after payment received as below ~ Ready-Made in stocks ~ EasyShips will be scheduled for the next day (Mon - Sat) pick up. ~ Standard Shipping will be scheduled for next day (Mon - Fri) drop off. Our drop off time is between 5p.m to 6p.m. Custom Embroidery Made To Order (lead time up to 30 working days) ~ EasyShips will be scheduled for next day (Mon - Sat). ~ Standard Shipping will be scheduled for next day (Mon - Fri). Both Ready - Made & Custom Embroidery Made To Order will received notifications and updates via whatapps/chat messeger/email less than 24 hours after order(s) received. All Singapore orders via: SmartPac Singapore Post or Tracked Mail Singapore Post or Park N' Parcel or EasyShips. International orders : EasyShips or Registered Singapore Post.
We will double checks all items must in good conditions as described before packing and shipping. In case you are not happy with it, please contact us in 3 working days for all orders. If we found the defects are fell on our side, we gladly accept returns of non-sale READY-MADE only in sale-able conditions with tag(s)/ label(s) & wrapping still intact in 7 working days. Return shipping will be borne by buyer with tracking number. All returns is void if shipping without a tracking number. Process time is 14 working days (Mon-Fri not includes public holidays & weekends). If the item(s) received is in non-sale-able conditions, buyer can either choose to ships back to buyer (born by buyer) or donate to charity thru us. We currently link to 'Project Sew' by Nee Soon East CC. No Credit Store will be issue. A $3.00 process fee will be deducted on total amount (per transaction) and a Store Credit will be issue so you can off-set for your future buys. NO CASH REFUND. NO RETURNS OR REFUND ON ALL CUSTOMS MADE TO ORDER , CLEARANCE AND REUSABLE FABRICS MASKS.
Tracking your Order
We will update you with tracking number once we packed your item(s) via whatapps/chat messeger/email. You can track it thru online courier's website.
All Store Credit valid for 12 months from issue date by email. No extended of validity. Since Shopmatic (our web hosting) do not have the options of store credit yet, when you want to make new purchase you have to contact us by email/chat messeger/whatapps before make any payment. We will do it as offline purchase based on our valid record. Do not worry we will send you email reminder close to expiry date of your Store Credit.
All buyers' personal information will be keep safe for our business records under Personal Data Protection Commission Of Singapore unless required by Singapore Law.
