How long is the order processing time?
For All Ready-Made: After we successfully received your payment in 24 hours, your item(s) will be pack and ready to be ships in 1-2 working days (Mon-Fri). A tracking no. will be update to you once we ships your item(s) via email / WhatApps. Transit time may vary from 3-5 days (Singapore) or up to 3 weeks for International shipping. For All Customs Made To Order : After we successfully received your payment in 24 hours, we will send you a message or an email for selections of fabric*, font*, thread(s) color*. This process may takes 1-3 days. Then we will be proceed of making your item(s) that takes roughly up to 30 working days. We will update you to time to time until your item is ready to ships. A tracking number will be issue once we ship it out.
How do I make an exchange?
We belief you will love each handmade product(s) as much as we do as it was handcrafted with love and care. In anyway there is workmanship defect(s) once you received it (damaged during transit will be born by courier) we gladly accepts exchange of NON-SALE READY-MADE 1 to 1 in sale-able conditions with tag(s)/ label(s) & wrapping still intact. NO CHANGE OF MIND EXCHANGE Please contact us at email@example.com or sms/whatapps at +65 97727557 in 3 working days. Please includes order no, pictures of packaging/envelope, defects area etc. All returns will be checks case by case basis. Please be note: All returns must be done in the 7 working days.
